Emanuela Giangregorio
Emanuela Giangregorio is Managing Director of PMIP and a management consultant, trainer and author with more than 30 years’ experience. She began her career in governance as an internal auditor before moving into management consulting and project management.
Her work spans the private, public and third sectors, in industries including energy, financial services, healthcare, logistics, media, manufacturing and telecommunications. Clients range from small UK businesses to large international corporations and influential NGOs, and she has trained thousands of professionals worldwide.
Emanuela created the AI Project Governance Framework (AIPGF), first published in January 2025 and offered as a two-tier Foundation and Practitioner certification through APMG International. She is an External Examiner for EM Normandie Business School and a member of the International Association for Safe and Ethical AI.
Her 2025 novel, The Last Barista of Norwich, explores the future of work and the evolving relationship between people and intelligent machines.
